I had a followup question:
I see the maximum allowable part height in the drawing, but not a reference for the minimum. As has come up in our other vendor conversations, if TI can provide any information about the minimum possible height (even if it’s only reference information) it would be helpful because small variations in the part height impact both the amount of pressure on the part and the thickness of the thermal interface material we need.
