This information can generally be found in the Thermal Characteristics table (section 6.4) of the datasheet, where max junction temp. can be found in the abs. max ratings table. If however, the max junction temp is not listed, please refer to this FAQ.

For Max Junction Temp, you can use the Ambient Temperature Maximum (125°C). This is because of the relation of Junction Temperature and Ambient Temperature listed in the Semiconductor and IC Package Thermal Metrics Application Report.
