TCA9539: Thermal Characteristics

We are looking for the θ_jc (°C/W), θ_jb (°C/W), and Max Junction Temperature (°C) for part numbers: 
MSP430F2274MRHATEP
TCA9539RTWR
SN74AUP1G08DCKR

    See the below table:

    Device: TCA9539RTWR SN74AUP1G08DCKR SN74LVC1G08DCKR
     θ_jc (°C/W) 46.2 128.7 92.3
     θ_jb (°C/W) 22.1 100.6 60.9
    Max Junction Temp. (°C) 100 150 150

    This information can generally be found in the Thermal Characteristics table (section 6.4) of the datasheet, where max junction temp. can be found in the abs. max ratings table. If however, the max junction temp is not listed, please refer to this FAQ.

    I have moved this thread to the appropriate team for more help in regards to the MSP430F2274MRHATEP.

    For the MSP430F2274MRHATEP:

    θ_JA (°C/W) 26.3
    θ_JC, Top (°C/W) 16.1
    θ_JC, Bottom (°C/W) 1.5
    θ_JB (°C/W) 9.0

    For Max Junction Temp, you can use the Ambient Temperature Maximum (125°C). This is because of the relation of Junction Temperature and Ambient Temperature listed in the Semiconductor and IC Package Thermal Metrics Application Report.
