Should Tjmax and Tstg be the same value?

For our TCA devices with state machines, we do not recommend you go over 105C.

If Vcc is kept below 3.6V then exceeding 105C is allowable up to 125C.

・With state machine, VCC>3.6V →Tjmax:105℃

・With state machine, VCC<3.6V →Tjmax:125℃

Correct.

If you violate the rule where Vcc>3.6V above 105C we would expect the FIT (failure in time) rate to increase/worsen and reliability of the part would worsen. [we would not expect damage to be immediate but occur over time]
