    Sorry for the late response. See my answers below.

    1) No, there are no issues with adding resistors for level conversion. Just have to ensure the equivalent resistance on each output pin is 50Ω.

    2) At higher frequencies the amplitude could decrease but not below the min differential output voltage which is 1.125V

    3) No there isn't a minimum frequency specification on the DS90LV047A and DS90LV001

    We do have an app note that shows how to convert LVDS to SubLVDS. See SNLA353. If it's feasible on your board, can you try the resistor network to appears in the app note and see if it resolves the issue? Thanks!
