Whether the 150°C absolute maximum junction temperature mentioned in datasheet is applicable for both commercial and industrial grade parts.

Hi Sudhakar,

Yes both variants have the same max junction temperature - the main difference between variants is that the commercial version is only qualified from 0C to 70C and the industrial is qualified for -40C to 85C (which matches the ambient temp. range for both devices)
