Hi Gopala,
It seems that a simple MUX like TMUX1248 would be fine for this solution. The main consideration here is that it does not interfere with the pull-down nature of the nINT line when active, and it remains high impedance while disconnected so any other SPI communication is not disrupted.

The SN74LVC1G3157-Q1 is an automotive device that can fulfill the requirements of this system. It is similar to the tmux1248 but it is auto qualified.
