1. Interrupts can be enabled through register 0x11, 0x12, 0x13 ,0x18. Pin 10 is not an interrupt pin.
2. The RX_CLK pin will become active when the device is set to RGMII mode via bootstraps. Have you checked the strap configuration? Please also measure the RX_CLK pin with an oscilloscope and verify the presence of a signal.

Please read register 0x45D and let me know the value. This will show if the device is strapped for RGMII mode. Please also send the schematic so I can check the bootstrap configuration.

I cannot see any strap resistors on pins 24, 25, 26. Are you setting RGMII mode via register write? I see in register 0x45D that RGMII is disabled. This would explain why the RX_CLK line is not toggling.

The PHY requires external strapping resistors to set RGMII mode. Please see section 7.5 of the datasheet.

Hi,

Is the PHY on? We can perform the following initial checks:

1. Probe the power rails. Is the expected voltage present?
2. Probe the reset line. Is it high, indicating the PHY is out of reset?
3. Probe the CLKOUT pin. Is there toggling?

Please show me how you are attemping to read/write registers.

2. CPU to PHY reset frequency is high-low-high
3. Both RXCLK and TXCLK frequency is125MHz
4. I don't know how to attemping to read/write PHY registers.

I still see in register 0x1 that bit[2] is low, indicating there is no link. Is the DP83TG720 connected to another 1000Base-T1 link partner? If so, what is the link partner? Have you ensured that one unit is configured as master and one is configured as slave?
