For setting up ALP on a computer, it should be as simple as downloading ALP setup executable from the TI website (https://www.ti.com/tool/ALP). Then, run the ALP-PROFILE-UPDATE setup software below that.

1) Was the default file path chosen when ALP was installed?

C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Analog LaunchPAD v1.57.0010

If you go to the file path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\Analog LaunchPAD v1.57.0010" on your computer, there is a file called "MainGUI.exe.log".

2) Can you open it and share what error message was logged there?
