For example, if we want to let LIN1 unused, can customer let EN1/ RXD1/TXD1 floating?

    Yuan,

    Yes, the ENx pins have an internal pull-down, so when they are left floating, that channel will be deactivated. TXD also has an internal pull-down to prevent it from floating midrail, but this does not impact operation since the enable pin for that channel would also be LOW.
