SN74LV541AT: Is OE pin internally pull down by a resistor?

Hi team,

We mentioned in our datasheet that OE is a two-input AND gate with active-low inputs so that, if either output-enable is high, the output is high impedance. But our datasheet didn't show if there is an internal pull down resistor on OE pin. Their bench test was 7if let OE floating, the IC is enabled. Should that be any problem here?

The OE input is treated as a normal input just like the inputs into the AND gate. If you are using a device with an OE pin you should pull up or down the pin based on your needs. The IC is enabled just because you got "lucky" there may be some instances where it will be disabled as well.
