TCAN1043A-Q1: Rising and failing time of TCAN1043A-Q1 and TCAN1145-Q1

Part Number: TCAN1043A-Q1

Hello CAN expert,

Here are more testing results on differential output signal timing compared between NXP TJA1043-Q1 and TCAN1043A-Q1.

As you can see, the raising time of TI TCAN1043A-Q1 is 90ns and the failing time of TCAN1043A-Q1 is 60ns. While car OEM, GAC cannot allow these time beyond 50ns.  How can we minimize both rising time and failing time into 50ns? I've send an email with more background and a schematic to the TXR email list.

The following shown testing results of NXP,TJA11043-Q1. As you can see the rising time is only 41ns and the failing time is 27ns.

Best regards,

wenting
