Hello,

Thank you for referring to the EVM when creating your schematic.  It is almost the same, except the R38 is grounded instead of floating.  It should be fine as long as the crystal datasheet advises pulling this to GND.  

Some other potential issues:

The USB lines use RF chokes instead of ESD protection chips - inductors can have a negative effect on signal integrity.  Recommend using the TPD2EUSB30 as used in the EVM to ensure the best signal quality.  Poor signal quality can cause USB communication issues.  

The USB SS Rx lines use 0.1uF capacitors.  The recommendation is either to make these DC-coupled with no caps, or to change the cap value to the standard 0.33uF capacitors.
