The Max Ambient temperature is 125C, however the max junction is not provided.
This does not allow proper design to account for the power dissipation duty cycle with the thermal resistances provided.
If one is to assume the worse case Junction would be 483mW with a 14.88 C rise to the junction therefore about 140C junction... this could lead one to think that the junction is rated at 150C.
