Hello Harrison,

For max Tj (junction temperature), we can use the max storage temperature which is 150C. Please see [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device? for more information.

I've submitted a request to obtain the junction to case thermal resistance. This process typically takes 2 weeks. Will update once I get the values. Thanks!
