We are using Below parts in our Design can you please provide us Junction temperature of these ICs.

1.SN74CBTLV3245APWR

2.74LCX125MTCX

Hello Prabhjot,

The junction temperature of the SN74CBTLV3245APWR is 105.4°C
The junction temperature of the 74LCX125MTCX is 88.1°C

The calculation were done using this FAQ page: https://e2e.ti.com/support/switches-multiplexers-group/switches-multiplexers/f/switches-multiplexers-forum/1063078/faq-how-to-calculate-the-max-junction-temperature-of-an-analog-switch-multiplexer

I would like to note the calculation for the 74LCX125MTCX was done with some parameters from the SN74CBTLV3245APWR since they weren't in the datasheet.
