DP83869HM: Link down/link up for Gigabit and 100 Gigabit transmissions

Part Number: DP83869HM

Hello,

As the original post has been locked(https://e2e.ti.com/support/interface-group/interface/f/interface-forum/1287653/dp83869hm-link-down-link-up-for-gigabit-and-100-gigabit-transmissions)

, so I open one new post about this question.

1) Gigabit Upstream Test: Forces the PC into adaptive mode but is recognized as 1G and immediately shows link down on the PC side.

2) Gigabit Downstream Test: Force PC into adaptive mode which will be identified as 1G, and some packets lost, there is link down/up after long operation.

3) 100 Gigabit upstream Test: Force PC to 100m Mode. Packet loss occurs, and link down/up appears after long time of operation.

4) 100 Gigabit Downstream test: Force PC to 100M mode, and it runs properly.

5) The reset  voltage is always detected as high, and no reset was observed during data transmission.

6) The supply voltage monitor with no drops during data transmission.

During link down, some registers changed.  The whole script is as attached。

Could you please help to analyze?

Best regards
