The TCA9617B has strict power sequencing requirements; it probably does not what you want.

The TCA9511A and TCA4307 are hot-swappable buffers. Hot swapping is also supported by I²C isolators (ISO1640/1/2/3/4).

Clemens' is correct.

TCA9511A and TCA4307 are hot swappable buffers. TCA4307 also supports an internal bus recovery feature.
