DP83867IR: RGMIICTL Default setting (cont'd)

You state that 0x6E and 0x6F are the same after pin reset. However, pin reset does restrap the PHY. Can you examine what the values are without any type of reset?

Can you also confirm which package of DP83867 are you using; RGZ or PAP?

Why using pin reset, if you also use register reset (0x1F = 0x8000), are these values still showing?

How many devices are showing each behavior?

If ABA swap between the sample A and B, does the behavior follow the sample?
