From the document 'FPD-Link IV Power-Over-Coax Design Guidelines ', we can see that RIN+ noise needs to be measured. PDB should be pulled down during measurement. So there is no signal over FPD link, right? Where is RIN+ noise from? If it is from power source, why don't we measure CIN directly?
