2:  Does crystal ocilating ?

3: What voltage on USB_VBUS ?

The I2C address we don't its correct or not some times its getting detected sometimes its not

1: if SMBusz pin is high or low? It is high

2:  Does crystal ocilating ? There is no crystal oscillator.We providing the clock from SI5345 chip

3: What voltage  on USB_VBUS ? 0.65 V

Its not detected in I2C and lsusb also.

   Is the clock 1.8v? and has <50 ps peak to peak jitter?

   Can you add 1uf on GRSTz ?

   If there pullup on SCL/SDA, can you remove it for debug purpose?

   Also please send page 13 and page 23 schematic.

But we have not getting manufacturer.we only getting the serial number is it correct?

We connected modem also it's not getting detected

Did you change anything to detect the hub?

Can you install USBVIEW  or lsusb -v to view more information?

We have connected the chip in our hardware.So it wont show more details like manufacturer.Whenever i give lsusb -v,lsusb and lsusb -vvv i got same output.
From the logs i have compared with the working with the logs from other TI forum.So its matched.Now its our modem is not getting detected.

Do you have any idea about that?

Can you send me datasheet of  USB Modem? Is it USB2? I need to understand how it works without Vbus.

2: did you meet power on sequence? PCIE is working fine.You have shared pcie reset.In our case pcie is working and usb only its not detecting
3: when model is power on, can you probe DP pin if DP is high? DP pin is low

     When board is power on, can you reset hub by toggle GRSTz pin and see if Modem is detected?

If not, can you just  reset Modem by pin 67 RESET?

We are getting below error when board Turn on  also USB hub not detecting 

usb usb1-port1: connect-debounce failed

I thought hub was detected before like this:

Now we are added device tree both USB 0 and  USB 1 after that coming like this debouunce failed issue .

Actually device tree usb1 

Also some time hub detection happening  when type  comments  "lsusb" after 1 min delay hub detecting , why this delay ?

Hi Brian,

Same issue we are facing . The  GRTz pin Voltage booting time going 3.3v after dipping getting 2V only. There is any impact?

can you show the waveform for GRSTz and 1.1v/3.3v?

  Min  Vih for GRSTz is 2V, so 2v may cause issue for system, Do you know what cause it drop to 2v? from SOC?
