At the moment, ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=SN65HVD11DR and ti.com/quality-reliability-packaging-download/report?opn=SN65HVD11QDR appear to describe identical devices, so it looks as if the only difference is testing.

Hi Qiang,
The standard and Q100 versions of this device are indeed the same design. The only difference is the test procedure used during production to ensure all devices meet the relevant specifications. Since the Q100 has tighter test parameters, these will only have tighter performance specs as compared to the non-Q devices. I don't see any risk when moving from the non-Q to the Q100 qualified devices.
