TUSB8041: When the CPU started，it can’t connect the USB HUB( TUSB8041) occasionally

Is the TUSB8041 directly on the CPU board or is it connected by USB cable?  If connected by USB cable, have you tried different cables?

It's on the CPU board. We use it to extend the CPU USB interface. The CPU is AM6412

When the CPU started，it can’t connect the USB HUB( TUSB8041) occasionally.

Restart the TUSB8041, sometimes it will work well, and sometimes the USB 2.0 will disconnect.

When the USB 2.0 disconnected, the CPU UART0 will print like this:

Compare above, when the USB 2.0 connected, the CPU UART0 will print like this:

The more information， when USB2.0 or USB3.0 disconnected， it can‘t get well just reset the HUB

Thank you for the CPU information and cable information.  I see that the HUB is not always connecting; how long is the trace before the hub?  Do you have the layout files you can share with me?

I believe these debug messages are coming from the driver.  What OS and driver is being used?  I can look into these error messages and see if there is a clue.
