Hey Chase,
The schematic looks good for the most part. Some changes you need to implenet are:
Add a 220nF cap going to Ground on the EN pin to slow down the edge.
Make sure this NMOS circuitry will properly isolate the 3.3V and the 1.8V pull up. From my understanding when the gate is held to high the 1.8V pull up and the 3.3V pull up will be seen on the line.
I cannot verify the LCD panel as I am not familiar with the product.
Regarding setup and software.
Here is a link to some DSI83 driver code. All software provided is as is and will not be updated or supported.
