SN65LVDS116: Looking for Recommendation

Hi team,

Could you help to check if there are any other alternative chips with better characteristics (compared with SN65LVDS105PWR) of rising and falling time on this LVDS splitter/translator? 

Requirements are described as:

• Supply voltage:                 3,3V typ.
• Input type:                         LVTTL/LVCMOS
• Output type:                      LVDS
• Channel:                           1:4
• Signal rate:                       >=400MHz
• Rise/fall time:                  250ps typ.
• Package:                           TSSOP-16
