Could you please advise if I can leave unused DP_IN, DM_IN, DP_OUT, DM_OUT OPEN?

Shinji,

I recommend that you leave the DM_IN and DP_IN pins floating. I suggest that you pull the DP_OUT and DM_OUT pins to ground so that one side of the switch is biased.

DP_OUT and DM_OUT directly connect to GND without resister is OK?

Shinji-san,

That is not an issue. It is just best that one side of the switch is biased and connecting it to ground accomplishes this.
