Hey Jenitt,
The HD3SS3212 is a 2 channel mux
However, LVDS and MIPI both require more than two channels. Can you better explain your system/ show a block diagram?

We are designing a board in compatible with SMARC specification. As per that on the display pins are multiplexed with LVDS and DSI. So i am looking for IC that can give me separate LVDS and DSI lines dynamically. So looking for MUX ICs with can work both LVDS and DSI protocol.

I can confirm that the electrical specification of MIPI and LVDS are compatible, but my team does not have such a mux in our portfolio. Using an LVDS mux should be fine in this application and I will assign this to the correct team.
