I would like to use TPD1E01B04DPYR as ESD protection for USB Type-C high-speed signal lines (Tx±, Rx±).
1. USB3.2 Gen2(10Gbps)
2. USB3.2 Gen1(5Gbps)
Is it okay to use it for the signal line?

Hi Hiroshi,
Yes TPD1E01B04DPYR can be used for the USB versions you mentioned as long as the data lines operate at or below 3.6V. This is actually one of our lowest capacitance devices, it can support signal speeds up to 20Gbps with minimal attenuation of the protected signal.
