Tool/software:
I have similar issue to an earlier thread with this same part marking information. DP83826E with the above-mentioned marking information does not link up. The Link LED stays off. RX packets seem fine. TX packets are not seen by the other side. I am curious how was this resolved for the earlier query from the customer.
