I would like to know what the junction temperature limit is for this part. The spec I was able to find online: https://www.ti.com/general/docs/suppproductinfo.tsp?distId=10&gotoUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ti.com%2Flit%2Fgpn%2Fsn65lvds108 shows a "free-air temperature" limit of 85C. I'm having a hard time believing that this also represents the junction temperature limit of this part.
