Hi team,

I know some differents:

The 960 supports up to 4 Cameras with max datarate of 4.16Gbps/Camera. It has two CSI-2 output ports.
The 962 supports up to 4 Cameras with max datarate of 3Gbps/Camera. It has one CSI-2 output port.
The 964 supports up to 4 Cameras with max datarate of 1.9Gbps/Camera. It has two CSI-2 output ports.

Did the DS90UB964-Q1 P2P UB960-Q1 and UB962-Q1?

    Hello Xiaoxiang,

    Thank you for your question. The 960, 964, and 962 have the same pin out. However, please note, in addition to the data rate differences, the 964 is a DVP deserializer and does not have the same modes and compatibility as the 960 and 962. Before selecting or replacing a deserializer in a system verify that the chosen deserializer meets all the system requirements.
