TUSB1002: s-paramter model pin mapping and model parameters

Regarding the s-parameter model for the TUSB1002 could you tell me the port mapping of the model. Are the input ports 1 and 2 and the output 3 and 4 for example. Also, could you let me know the equalisation settings and DC gain of the s-parameter model.

Hello, I assume you downloaded the s-parameter models from the TI.com website, there is a .pdf in the zip file that provides the answers to all of your questions. The EQ setting used is in the s-parameter model name.TUSB1002ARGE_measuring_S-parameter.pdf

The s-parameter model for the TUSB1002 doesn’t have a pdf in the zip file. The TUSB1002A s- parameter model does. Will the model for the TUSB1002A work for the TUSB1002?

My apologies, I grabbed the wrong zip file. The port order is the same as the document for the TUSB1002A, the model for TUSB1002 is for EQ setting of index 1, DC Gain 0.

The TUSB1002A models are different than the TUSB1002. The TUSB1002A would be the recommended device over the TUSB1002.
