Please allow me to submit inquiry regarding Static Burn-In for device below?

P/N:5962F2021601VXC

Date Code: 2113B

Per SMD, it says "Static Burn-In test shall be performed per TM1015 with test condition A or C (see MIL-ORF-38535 and JEDEC JEP163)" on page 16 of 22, but there is nothing referring on PCR form.

Would you please kindly provide us the reason why Static Burn-In test is not stated on PCR form or possibly revised PCR form if there are any?

Yes, I have read the Burn-In section on PCR form but I believe this is the result for dynamic burn-in only.

Do you have any other data showing static burn-in has been performed? or is this burn-in represent both dynamic and static burn-in?

I will be more than grateful if you could kindly provide your knowledge.
