Hi Shan,
What OPN are you looking at?
I found this one on digikey that looks like it has stock for TSSOP, but is NRND on digikey when it is "ACTIVE" on Ti.com. Anything on TI.com is the most accurate.

I don't have specifics on the EOL status or production plan for PCA9515A or PCA9515B. These are fairly old parts, and we have p2p replacements such as TCA9517A, TCA9617B, TCA980x, TCA9509 that are newer I2C buffers with better supply and made with better process technology. If we are looking 10 years out, I would suspect the PCA9515A/B to drop off at some point since these are not very popular devices compared to our TCA buffers. Best direction forward is to try to accommodate a design that uses TCA buffers.

Tyler
All packages of the PCA9515A are marked as NRND on both DigiKey and Mouser. It appears there was an error in the notification.
