The customer met ESD failure issue when they use DS90UB935-Q1, could you please help give some comments?
The ESD failure issues occur when customer do the ±6kV/±8KV contact discharge and ±8KV/±15KV air discharge.
The specific phenomenon is: When using DF104, there is a splash screen and frame loss problem, the use of the vehicle for verification, the picture will jam;
May I ask if the ESD-related documents can be provided to the customer? Thanks.
