Hi,

I'm using TICAN4550, and I want to verify the controller behavior in the following scenario:

VSUP is off

VIO is off

In case of fault, there are input signals to the controller. Is the controller damaged?

    Hi Raya,

    As long as the input signals remain within the voltage range specified by the Absolute Maximum Ratings (-0.3V to 6V) for the digital logic input signals, then there will not be damage to the TCAN4550 device.
