I checked out database and we don't have a recommended PCB land pattern for this device: Find Product by Package | Texas Instruments (ti.com).

The link above provides options for step files and cad files. Alternatively, the DS90LV004 is recommended in our search tool as an alternative for the DS90LV804 and does have this information: Compare products (ti.com)
