Please help review the below checklist and advise some comments.

Another question is the pull/down resistor value on the H/W configuration, is there use the 2.49kOhm(refer to the EVM schematics) or 10kOhm(refer to the checklist)? Also review the spreadsheet "strap tool".

Thanks for filling the checklist. Please see my comments below:

1. Why are there separate VDDA and VDDA3V3 rails? I see VDDA3V3 is connected to PHY, but VDDA net goes no where. VSLEEP rail should be connected to VDDA3V3 in this case, not VDDA.
2. Add 100Ohm series resistor on XI trace as per SNLA389
3. INH pin can be left floating since TC10 mode is not used
4. Recommend 2.2kohm pullup on MDIO pin, not 1.5kohm
5. Low pass filter is not needed on MDI traces

Regarding the strap tool, this was an error with the tool and has recently been corrected on ti.com. The datasheet has the correct pull value (2.49kohm), the checklist is corrected now as well.
