Our SOC is using a USB 3.0 HUB to connect to TUSB9621 in order to achieve USB 3.0 to SATA conversion. However, the SOC is unable to detect the hard drive and suspects that TUSB9621 is not working. Could you please help resolve this issue? Thank you!

SPI flash is burned by a programmer and then pasted onto the board. The firmware name is TUSB926x_FW-v0.99_u1u_2 enabled.bin
TUSB9621 serial port does not have log printing. What is the baud rate?
TUSB9621 reset to high level, 40MHz clock is normal, TUSB9621 pin2 PWM0 connected LED is always on
