My customer is looking for a replacement device to LMK 1201 which is already EOLed. The data rate at their app is 1Gbps. TLK1221 can be used as a replacement? Or any other recommended devices?

I couldn't find any references or further information about LMK1201. Does this part have another part number? Do you have a datasheet or some further information you can share?

Hi Hirano-san,

Thank you for the clarification.

TLK1211 is likely the best replacement for TLK1201. This device is pin to pin compatible and nearly identical to TLK1201.

TLK1221 may also be a good replacement, however it uses a different (smaller) package than TLK1201 and does not include JTAG functionality.
