Hi team，

Harman are evaluating TI’s material to replace our current design, could you please check and share diode capacitance matching data of this material to us, we don’t find it in specification.

 

Example: ΔCd is the difference of the capacitance measured between pin 1 and pin 3 and the capacitance measured between pin 2 and pin 3.

    Hi Alan, 

    This isn't something we include in our datasheets, but we do have the information. I am seeing 0.5% diode capacitance matching for the pins.
