TCAN1043A-Q1: Use for a 24V system - Common Mode Range

Are there any challenges using the TCAN1043A-Q1 on a 24V system? The customer is curious on the common mode range being only +/-12V. No concerns on the bus fault (and understand the H version if more is needed).
