We are using the SN65LVDS1DBVT and SN65LVDT2DBVT devices.

For our operating environment, we need to know what the maximum operational junction temperature for these devices is?

Can you please advise.

Unless specified, junction temp for logic devices are typically 150 C, thanks.

I've had further feedback from colleagues, who have previously requested junction temperature information.

As the 150C matches the storage temperature. Concern is you are quoting Absolute maximum junction temperature rather than Operational junction temperature. Please confirm.

The operating maximum indeed is the same as the absolute maximum. But it is likely that you will reach another limit before you reach T_J(max); see [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?
