we are designing the gigabit application and I wanted to better understand recemented circuit. In datasheet on figure 8-3 is showed how the circuit shall look like, But in the note A is written that the central tub voltage shall be connected to PHY if I get it right. So my question is if the central tab voltage shall be available from PHY or just decoupling C is ok.
I am asking because I made research I see that there are tow recemented circuit basically depending on the PHY / vendor......but I did not found anywhere why there is two variant for Ethernet communication (with CTV / without CTV)
