using a 3.3V VDD and differential inputs. for the output I need a single end 256MHz Vpp 0-1.8V

do you have a reference design for this connection?

This device has two supply pins.

Why do you want to use a 3.3 V supply? Is there no 1.8 V supply?

I can use 1.8V supply as well

The SN65LVDS4 works with 1.8 V on both supply pins.

As Clemens mentions, the SN65LVDS4 will indeed work with 1.8V on both supply pins.
