Unfortunately I don't have specific data collected for this test mode. However, the majority of the current flow is through the internal 5V LDO that supplies the CAN transceiver and flows through the CANH/L pins and bus termination. This transceiver is disabled when the device is in Standby mode to prevent CAN bus communication. This is the difference between the Normal and Standby mode supply current specifications. Therefore with the device operating in test mode, and floating CANH and CANL pins, I would expect similar supply current to the Standby Mode specification because there will not be current flow through the CANH and CANL pins of the transceiver.
