TUSB4020BI: Using Upstream Power for Downstream Ports with TUSB4020BI:

Part Number: TUSB4020BI

Tool/software:

Hello,

I am using the ISOUSB111DWXR and TUSB4020BIPHP ICs for galvanic isolation of a USB hub in my design. I have connected the circuit as per the schematic, but I noticed that the pin configuration of ISOUSB111DWXR and TUSB4020BIPHP causes the USB data lines (DM and DP) to cross each other in the PCB layout.

Similarly, I am facing the same issue with the connection between the TUSB4020BIPHP and FT234XD-T ICs, where USB DM and USB DP lines are also crossing each other on the PCB.

Could you advise the best approach to solve this issue in the PCB design? Should I re-route the tracks, swap the pins in the schematic, or follow another strategy?

Thank you for your support.
