DP83869HM: DP83869HMRGZR - Schematic check and advise regards grounding issue with ethernet

Hello,

We are Currently using in a new product PHY DP83869HMRGZR  

as an SGMII to 10/100 MDI physical layer

i would like to ask for a review about the schemeatics and the magntics connection 

as we expreience some issues with the grounds. and sometime DP83869HMRGZR - scheme check.pdf

when connecting the 10/100 ETH1_R/TX_P/N lines without owe have errors while sending and receiveing packages with IPERF testing.

1. when FB7 is connected - we have errors 

2. when FB7 is NOT connected - we have errors

3. replaced FB7 with 0Ohm Res - we have errors

Power rails are OK 

clock is OK

we do able to send and receive ethernet packages but with errors 

plesae advise how to solve  - send and receive ethernet packages without errors

    Hello Amit,

    Our policy for reviews is for customers to evaluate their design against our schematic checklist. This is a comprehensive guide to ensure that all portions of the system are following TI recommendations per datasheet. I would encourage you to evaluate against this file and make any modifications as necessary. If there are issues that the checklist is not able to address, then we can proceed further.

    Off quick glance, I see a few items of concern:

    - MDI has AC coupling capacitors in addition to transformer

    - XI is a 3.3V clock while VDDIO is 1.8V

    - Rbias is 10k instead of 11k

    - Ensure magnetic component meets our recommended specifications
