Has there been any updates to this thread? I am looking for maximum junction temperature for this part and am hoping there is more information available beyond the equation for the approximation of the max Tj.

It's 150 °C; see [FAQ] What is the maximum junction temperature (TJMAX) for a device?

But as shown in the linked question, you will not be able to go above 96 °C due to the other datasheet limits.

In order to exceed that temperature, you would need to exceed the T_A or R_L limits.

For the RUM package, the datasheet spec's 125C as the recommended ambient max. Tj is always larger than ambient so atleast for the RUM package we can guarantee the max junction is 125C.
