The customer has a DSI0/1, 2/2 solution, platform 8538, as shown in the following figure.
The customer wants to use the solution of serial TI981+deserializer. May I ask if it can meet the requirement of 2/2, with two independent DSI interfaces and two sets of CLK lanes as input terminals;
If not possible, there is a feasible IC solution

Yes this configuration is suitable with the DS90UB981-Q1, to use DSI0 and DSI1 as independent video streams to independent deserializers, and it can meet the requirements you shared.
The 981 can be paired with FPD4 deserializers, as well as backwards compatible with FPD3 deserializers. For LVDS or OLDI output, you can pair the 981 with the FPD4 deserializer DS90UB988-Q1 (FPD4), or FPD3 deserializer DS90UB948-Q1 or DS90UB928-Q1.
Please choose the appropriate OLDI/LVDS deserializer based on how many output ports are used for the display, and the pixel clock rate.
