Hi team. 

I wants to select TVS for MAX3232C. I found the abs voltage of receiver is -25V to 25V, the abs voltage of driver is -13.2V to 13.2V. Should I select different TVS for them? For TVS1, I wants to select SMBJ15CA. For TVS2, I wants to select SMBJ8.0CA. Is that OK?

    The MAX3232 regulates its output voltages to about ±5.6 V, so you can clamp higher voltages.
    RS-232 receivers must be able to tolerate voltages up to ±25 V, but valid RS-232 signals go only up to ±15 V.

    These TVS values are OK.
